Hidden Idols ~ Holy Joy.
with speakers Marcia Lebhar and Dr. Sarah L. Hall.
- February 23 – 25, 2018.
- DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Myrtle Beach.
- Registration deadline: Noon, January 21, 2018.
“Dear children, keep away from anything that might take God’s place in your hearts,” (1 John 5:21)
What takes God’s place in our hearts? Idols. Our struggle may not be with a golden calf, but what about social media, secular pressures, food, substances, comfort? The list goes on and on. If you have felt sluggish in your walk with God – if you long for the joy of the Lord – if you wish to take your spiritual maturity to a new level, then join us February 23-25 for our annual Women’s Retreat. Marcia Lebhar and her daughter, Dr. Sarah Hall, will help us examine the role of idols in our culture and how to overcome them through the lens of Scripture. Holy Joy awaits us on the other side of these idols, so don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity.

About our speakers
Marcia Lebhar is a storyteller, teacher, and exhorter with a passion for the Scriptures, and a passion to see ‘ordinary’ believers in Jesus discipled and equipped to be extraordinarily used of God. A former executive director of CMJ USA (Christian Ministry among Jewish People), Marcia is married to the Gulf Atlantic Diocese’s bishop, Neil Lebhar. The Lebhars have four children and eight grandchildren, and they consider the friendship and mutual ministry they share as a family to be one of life’s greatest treasures.
Sarah Lebhar Hall, Ph.D. is an adjunct professor of Hebrew and Hebrew Bible at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, The King’s University, and Trinity School for Ministry.
