St. Andrew’s City Church

At St. Andrew’s City Church, our hope is that no one would be a spectator. Instead, we invite everyone to be participants. We desire for every individual to connect to the presence and power of Jesus Christ, and we believe that happens in the context of worship, relationship and mission.
We meet at The Music Farm (32 Ann Street), which serves not only as a unique place of gathering but also as a location from which we are strategically sent. While the Music Farm is our place of worship on Sunday morning, it is also the epicenter from which we look to impact Charleston as ambassador’s of Christ.

Sunday Services

9:00 am – Contemporary Communion Service with Worship Team – City Church Charleston (Children’s Ministry)

This service meets in Charleston’s popular venue, The Music Farm, located at 32 Ann Street. You can park on the street or in the municipal parking garage located nearby with entrances off of Meeting Street and Mary Street. Parking in the garage is free if you present a City Church flyer when exiting the garage.

Both the service and the music are contemporary. Worship music, depending on the Sunday is led by a band that could have acoustic, electric, and bass guitars, keyboards and drums. The service ends with communion and there is an opportunity for individual prayer ministry. Dress as you feel comfortable. City Church is a very casual place. It’s not unusual to find adults and children in shorts during the summer.

Children’s Ministry

Our Children’s Ministry meets at the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry, located directly across from the Music Farm. The entrance is on the side of the building. Parents may drop off their children beginning at 8:50 am.

3 months – 3 years
During Communion parents walk over from the Music Farm to pick up their children.

4K-3rd Grade
Children’s Ministry leaders bring the children back to the Music Farm in time for Communion.

5th-8th Grade
1st and 3rd Sundays – Children go to the Music Farm with their parents for worship and then are dismissed to the Children’s Museum before the teaching. Leaders bring the children back.

2nd and 4th Sundays – Parents drop the children off at the Museum at the beginning of the service. Leaders bring the children back.
