Sunday Services
10:00 am – Contemporary Communion Service with Worship Team – City Church Charleston (Children’s Ministry)
Our church services are held at Charleston Progressive Academy, located at the corner of Meeting Street and Wragg Mall in downtown Charleston (382 Meeting St). We invite you to come as you are and join with us. We pray that you know God’s presence as we worship together each Sunday.
We offer a contemporary worship service, complete with an acoustic band that leads us. Holy Communion will be served at the end of the service, and is open to everyone who has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Parking: Feel free to pick up a parking pass at our Connections Table for up to three hours of free parking in the Charleston Visitor Center Garage, located across Meeting Street, next to the Visitors Center, on Sunday morning. You’ll scan the parking pass when exiting.
Children’s Ministry
City Church Kids (ages 6 weeks – 5th grade) meet on the second floor of Charleston Progressive. Upon arrival you’ll sign your children in and be directed to the appropriate classroom. Parents may check children in beginning at 9:50 am.
Children ages 6 weeks to 3 years can be picked up from their class area anytime after the sermon until 11:20am.
Our Middle School Small Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month. Middle schoolers begin worship in the gymnatorium and then have a time of study together during the main teaching. They are dismissed from their classroom in time to join their families for communion.
Get Connected
We invite you stick around after the service, and visit with us for a few moments. Grab a cup of coffee, and stop by our Connections Table near the main entrance to learn more information about current events, Life Groups, and how to sign up for our newsletter.
Feel free to pick up a parking pass at the Connections Table as well for up to three hours of free parking in the Charleston Visitors Center Garage, located across Meeting Street from Charleston Progressive, on Sunday morning. Scan the barcode on the side at the kiosk when exiting.
